Capehart Scatchard announced that in celebration of Dr. Martin Luther King Jr. Day, the diversity and inclusion committee at the firm, in conjunction with Burlington County, New Jersey, Bar Association, collected donations to benefit Providence House and Legacy Treatment Services, and Villanova University Charles Widger School of Law is set to host the 2021 Villanova Environmental Law Journal Blank Rome LLP Symposium on "The South Philadelphia Refinery."

Capehart Scatchard announced that in celebration of Dr. Martin Luther King Jr. Day, the diversity and inclusion committee at the firm, in conjunction with Burlington County, New Jersey, Bar Association, collected $1,805 in monetary donations as well as donations of Uber cards, food, clothing and hygiene products to benefit Providence House and Legacy Treatment Services.
In addition, 18 volunteers from the firm participated in a day of service at Providence House by sorting donations and doing yard work at the facility.
Providence House, which is located in Westampton, New Jersey, provides comprehensive services to victims of domestic abuse and their children.

The suit, accusing the defendant of selling knock-off Graco products, was filed Dec. 18 in New Jersey District Court by Rivkin Radler on behalf of Graco Inc. and Graco Minnesota.
