Stradley Ronon logoAfter 27 years in the role, Stradley Ronon Stevens & Young's chairman, Bill Sasso, is stepping away to focus on his philanthropic work and legal practice. The firm's longtime managing partner, Jeff Lutsky, and former financial partner Kevin Boyle will take over as co-chairs.

Sasso, who will now be chairman emeritus and a partner of the firm, said he told partners in September 2019 that he planned to step down when his term as chairman ended at the close of 2020. At the request of the partnership, Sasso said he agreed to an emeritus role with the firm, advising its leadership on business development and client initiatives.

"I look forward to working more intensely with my clients, less administrative matters and some transformational projects that I'm currently involved in that I think will be extremely beneficial to the Philadelphia region," Sasso said.
