McNees Wallace & Nurick has planted a flag in the Philadelphia-area legal market with the opening of an office in Devon, Chester County, bringing in the multimillion-dollar practice of three local estate planning attorneys from McCausland Keen + Buckman.

Former McCausland shareholders Garth Hoyt and Joan Agran have joined McNees’ estate planning practice group in partner-level roles as members, and McKinley “Sandy” McAdoo has joined in an of-counsel role. The group also brought with them a paralegal and a secretary, Hoyt said.
