Dowling will manage and advise on corporate governance, business development transactions, license agreements, employment law, regulatory matters, risk management and general contract management.
Most recently, she served as associate general counsel at Spark Therapeutics, a leadership role providing legal oversight for business functions including business development, licensing transactions, corporate governance, securities compliance, real estate and construction.
