A new opinion from the U.S. Court of Appeals for the Third Circuit could have applications for other live-in educational institutions even as it vindicates the Milton Hershey School, according to the winning defense attorney.

Judge Stephanos Bibas ruled that the school is not responsible for the suicide death of 14-year-old Abrielle Kira Bartels, known as Abbie, while she was at home in the care of her parents.
