2020 brought significant change at a scale unseen for decades, and 2021 appears likely to continue the trend. As a result, the corporate world, like every segment of America, must reckon with it.

These changes, whether at a social or more immediate level, can be viewed from two perspectives. On one hand, particularly in the context of the pandemic, change disrupts our daily routines, habits and comforts, all while forcing us to adapt to a new reality. On the other hand, change often leads us to become better versions of ourselves and to confront issues and topics that are too easily swept under the rug.
