Arguments over limitations on the scope of the Peer Review Protection Act and whether warrants are needed to collect real-time cellphone movement data are expected to highlight the Pennsylvania Supreme Court’s upcoming argument session.

The justices are set to hear arguments in more than a dozen cases between March 9 and 10. The sessions, which will focus on cases that originated from the Philadelphia area, are scheduled to be livestreamed over YouTube.
