The Pennsylvania Supreme Court has rejected efforts to reinstate a legal malpractice suit against a personal injury firm that allegedly failed to sue all possible parties following an auto accident.

The justices denied allocatur in Townsend v. Spear, Greenfield and Richman on Monday. The decision affirms rulings by the Superior Court, which had upheld a decision by the Philadelphia Court of Common Pleas judge who had dismissed the case on summary judgment.
