Law Firm Marketing and Business DevelopmentIt is well known the role of in-house counsel has evolved over the last decade, and especially amid the COVID-19 crisis. The 2021 General Counsel Report found they continue to face increased challenges along with the need to build organizational resiliency, and 81% said COVID-19 has impacted their scope of work. Nearly all of the respondents (97%) said that the general counsel's role is becoming more broad.
