Founded in 2009, the LCLD is an organization of more than 300 corporate chief legal officers and managing partners who are committed to creating a more diverse and inclusive legal profession.
During the seven-month virtual pathfinder program, Leroy will have access to an extended series of advice from various leaders and participate in informal networking events hosted by LCLD alumni.
