Elected and Appointed
Greenberg Traurig announced the elevation of environmental attorney Giuliano Apadula, investment management attorney Nathan M. Iacovino and public finance and infrastructure attorney Ana C. Montalbán to shareholder in its Philadelphia office.
Apadula focuses his practice on the management and mitigation of environmental risks in connection with the acquisition, development, financing and sale of environmentally impacted real estate and assets.
He structures, negotiates and manuscripts specialty lines environmental insurance products and contractual solutions to help developers and corporations manage large-scale environmental risks and facilitate the placement of equity and debt financing for projects that would otherwise struggle because of environmental impacts.
