Duane Morris reported its 12th consecutive year of gross revenue growth in 2020 and its highest profits per equity partner to date, despite a lengthier collections cycle as the litigation-heavy firm accommodated clients in struggling industries.

The Philadelphia-based Am Law 100 firm reported a 3.1% increase in gross revenue, reaching $526.2 million in 2020. With total lawyer head count growing by 7.3% to 706, as Duane Morris completed a significant merger just before the pandemic set in, revenue per lawyer decreased by 3.9% to $745,000.
