Ayala brings with him more than 15 years of complex civil litigation experience with an emphasis on products liability, environmental exposure, corporate and fiduciary, commercial litigation and bankruptcy-related litigation.
He participates in high-stakes litigation proceedings on matters involving occupational exposures, premises liability, corporate reorganizations, commercial disputes, medical devices and pharmaceutical drugs.
