Following is a listing of executive and legislative action for March 26 and the week of March 29. Both houses of the General Assembly were in recess at press time. The state House of Representatives was scheduled to return to the Capitol on Monday. The Pennsylvania Senate is set to return to session April 19.

Reapportionment Commission

The four caucus floor leaders—Senate Majority Leader Kim Ward, R-Westmoreland; House Majority Leader Kerry Benninghoff, R-Centre/Mifflin; Senate Democratic Leader Jay Costa, D-Montgomery; and House Democratic Leader Joanna McClinton, D-Philadelphia—on March 29 announced that they are seeking applications from individuals interested in serving as the chair of the 2021 Legislative Reapportionment Commission (LRC).
