Blank Rome announced that Richard A. Fineman, of counsel in the firm's real estate group, was elected as a fellow of the American College of Real Estate Lawyers.
Founded in 1978, ACREL seeks to promote high standards and ethics for real estate lawyers as well as improve and reform real estate practice.
Admission to ACREL is by invitation only after a screening process and peer review, and lawyers must have a minimum of 10 years of experience to be considered for membership.

The suit, accusing the defendant of selling knock-off Graco products, was filed Dec. 18 in New Jersey District Court by Rivkin Radler on behalf of Graco Inc. and Graco Minnesota.
