The U.S. Chamber of Commerce, National Association of Mutual Insurance and more than a dozen other business groups have joined efforts seeking to have an expanded Pennsylvania Superior Court panel review a recent panel decision that limited the application of the Fair Share Act, and, according to some attorneys, marked a sharp departure in how the law has been applied.
