The family of a woman murdered by her husband in Erie County has settled their wrongful death lawsuit with the killer for $10 million.
According to the plaintiff's attorney, Adam Barrist of the Barrist Firm in Media, the settlement is one of the largest of its kind to come out of Erie County.
