A special needs student who claimed he was injured when staff at his school dragged him down a hallway has sued the school district in federal court.

The now 18-year-old plaintiff Dillon Sajudin sued the Stroudsburg Area School District over claims that when he was 16, teachers at Colonial Intermediate Unit School in Wind Gap forcibly restrained and pulled him, causing him to suffer a shoulder tear and extensive bodily injuries, according to his attorneys.
