Southworth is an attorney who advises employers on workplace issues, handles employment-based immigration issues, provides in-house training on human resources topics, and speaks regularly on employment-related subjects.
He has experience providing advice and counsel on matters from writing job descriptions to hiring to terminating and all the employment issues in between.
