The state House of Representatives on May 5 unanimously approved a measure aimed at curbing the use of nondisclosure agreements that prevent the reporting of sexual misconduct in the workplace.

House Bill 938, a bipartisan measure sponsored by state Rep. Kate Klunk, R-York, with state Rep. Morgan Cephas, D-Philadelphia, would forbid employers from requiring workers to sign nondisclosure agreements related to sexual misconduct in the workplace.
