In First Day of Disciplinary Hearing, Fedullo Apologizes for Misconduct
Telling the board he accepted responsibility for his actions, a tearful Fedullo read from a letter that said in part, "I apologize to my family and friends and I apologize to Ms. Guerin." During the hearing, he also stressed multiple times that the money in the mishandled IOLTA account was his, not his clients'.
