Tom Duffy, founder of Duffy + Fulginiti, co-presented a webinar for the Philadelphia Association of Defense Counsel titled "Pointers on Closing Arguments," the third installment in the PADC's Trial Symposium luncheon series.
Duffy provided insight from his career helping individuals and families who are the victims of catastrophic injury.
He has experience successfully arguing before the Pennsylvania Supreme Court, authored the closing chapter of the 2003 book "Medical-Legal Aspects of Pain and Suffering," and is a lecturer who gives educational presentations on trial practice.

The suit, filed Dec. 11 in New York Southern District Court by Bleichmar Fonti & Auld, accuses the defendants of concealing the bank's 'pervasive' deficiencies in regards to its compliance with the Bank Secrecy Act and the quality of its anti-money laundering controls.
