The Pennsylvania Supreme Court has declined to hear a boarding school’s appeal over a denial of its request to compel arbitration in a wrongful death case.

In a per curiam order, the Supreme Court denied allowance of appeal to the Blair Academy in a wrongful death case brought by Ruth DiDonato and the estate of J.D. The justices’ decision leaves intact the Superior Court’s denial to compel arbitration.
