Dechert has asked its attorneys, both in the United States and globally, to expect to come into the office at least part-time starting Sept. 13, according to a firmwide memo signed by Andy Levander, chair of the firm’s policy committee, and CEO Henry Nassau.

Levander and Nassau note that the September return date may be delayed in some markets, as “circumstances in each of our markets vary.” They are also asking that, while they will be flexible and allow for hybrid work arrangements, employees are expected to spend at least half their time working in-person—although employees are free to choose which days to work in the office.
