The New Jersey Director of the Office of Attorney Ethics, after a full and thorough investigation, has cleared Temple University Beasley School of Law Emeritus Professor Frank McClellan of all allegations of legal ethics violations filed against him by a trial court judge in a 2019 civil case in the New Jersey Superior Court.
