McNees Wallace & Nurick announced the addition of intellectual property attorney Thomas Gulick, who has experience in prosecution, transactions and litigations.
Gulick has experience managing worldwide trademark portfolios and obtaining U.S. trademark applications.
He represents a variety of clients in the food and drink, luxury goods, apparel, software, health care, entertainment and construction industries for trademark oppositions, UDRP action, and federal lawsuits involving copyrights, trademarks and trade secrets.
