Josh J.T. Byrne, shareholder in the professional liability department at Marshall Dennehey Warner Coleman & Goggin, was appointed co-chair of the Pennsylvania Bar Association amicus curiae brief committee.
Byrne focuses his practice on the representation of attorneys in legal malpractice, wrongful use of civil proceedings and disciplinary board matters.
He also represents other types of professionals in the federal and state courts in Pennsylvania and New Jersey and before disciplinary boards.
