Led by Jenna R. Wagner, vice president of marketing and business development, the team now has 19 dedicated business development, marketing, technology and concierge services professionals across the firm's three locations to support their client base and team of attorneys.
Earnest will work with the firm's attorneys to identify emerging opportunities in areas that correspond with client needs and create and implement strategies for client acquisition and strengthening customer relationships.

The suit, filed Dec. 11 in New York Southern District Court by Bleichmar Fonti & Auld, accuses the defendants of concealing the bank's 'pervasive' deficiencies in regards to its compliance with the Bank Secrecy Act and the quality of its anti-money laundering controls.
