Criminal defense veteran Bill Costopoulos, who has defended in some of Pennsylvania's most high-profile cases over the course of his more than 50-year career, has joined Saxton & Stump in Harrisburg after finalizing the dissolution of his Lemoyne-based legal practice, Costopoulos, Foster & Fields.
