Schlossberg acts as a sounding board and confidante for attorneys firmwide on issues both professional and personal. Indeed, she has made it her job to be a resource for colleagues, whether they are struggling with workload, office politics, career misgivings, or post-partum sleep deprivation.
"I love helping people meet their potential," she said. "It's a long road as a firm attorney, and it is very easy for people to get lost or burned out because they aren't getting properly mentored. So, I want people get the opportunities they need to succeed. It's good for the individuals, good for the firm, and gives me great joy."

The suit, accusing the defendant of selling knock-off Graco products, was filed Dec. 18 in New Jersey District Court by Rivkin Radler on behalf of Graco Inc. and Graco Minnesota.
