Cozen O’Connor is bulking up its Canadian presence with the addition of four lawyers from Cassels Brock & Blackwell—one of Canada’s largest firms.

Brigeeta Richdale and Shane Hardy join as shareholders, Peter Henein comes to Cozen as a member of the firm, and Rebecca Sim arrives as an associate. They will all practice in the Vancouver and Toronto offices of Cozen, which currently has a litigation presence in those two cities as well as in Montreal. The new additions will bring the firm’s Canadian complement to 15 and expand its North American intellectual property, securities litigation, white-collar defense and investigations, products liability and commercial litigation practices, the firm said.
