Boylan’s track record of winning equitable settlements and verdicts for his clients continued in 2020. He resolved a confidential $3 million case on behalf of a young man severely injured in a motorcycle crash. The wreck completely altered the victim’s career path, and the settlement allowed him and his wife to move closer to family and start a new life with their children.

The COVID-19 pandemic has fundamentally transformed the legal industry. Overnight, law firms had to quickly adapt to remote work without interrupting case workflow or communication with clients. Despite these obstacles, the firm’s Philadelphia office, under Boylan’s direction, was able to continue to serve and deliver results for their clients. As the managing partner, he has overseen the growth of the office from one attorney to 10. His recent hires have allowed the office to bolster many practice areas, such as the nursing home and elder abuse practice, the first-party insurance division and the personal injury practice, to better meet the needs in the Philadelphia area.
