As sole managing partner of the firm’s Philadelphia office, the largest law firm in the city, Bouchard oversaw the firm’s response to COVID-19, which ran the gamut from transitioning to immediate remote working to implementing post-COVID-19 safety precautions for when the workforce returns. She simultaneously organized the firm’s new office lease for construction of the 19-story, 305,000-square-foot tower at 2222 Market St.

And in her whistleblower representations, she has won multiple significant victories for clients such as Teva Pharmaceuticals, Oracle Corporation, Merck, and Morgan Stanley. Her cases have helped to establish important legal principles, including defining when whistleblowers are entitled to protection under federal law.
