Calling it an "anti-vaccination" bill, Gov. Tom Wolf on July 1 vetoed Senate Bill 618, which would expressly reject the issuance of "vaccine passports" and curb the power of the Department of Health.
Wolf said the bill would bar the public from having access to vital information on vaccination rates and vaccine efficacy.
