The virtual discussion was hosted by state Rep. Christina Sappey and also included Chester County District Attorney Deb Ryan; Dr. Taylor Jones, director of research and principal consultant at CulturePoint LLC; and Dr. Jessie Kalbfeld, director of research, public wise and principal consultant at CulturePoint.
Jarmon discussed the need for diversity in the criminal justice decision-making process and the need for change in the way drug crimes are prosecuted.
