Reger Rizzo & Darnall announced that Samuel J. Farris joined the firm in the Philadelphia office.
Farris will join members of the firm's corporate and business services and estates and trusts groups, representing corporate and individual clients in a range of matters, including corporate formation, shareholder, partnership and operating agreements, and drafting and negotiating commercial contracts and corporate governance documents.
Farris is a 2019 graduate of Villanova University Charles Widger School of Law, where he also obtained his undergraduate degree in 2016.
