Defense: Minor Contact, Gap in Treatment
On July 2, 2014, plaintiff Ronald Cholewka, 55, was a passenger in a sedan that was stopped at a red light on Jefferson Avenue, at its intersection with Mulberry Street, in Scranton. The rear of his sedan was contacted by the front of a car driving behind him. Cholewka claimed injuries to his shoulders.
