I received a letter from the Office of Disciplinary Counsel giving me 30 days to respond alleging violation of the Rules of Professional Conduct when I was representing a client. Attempting to convince a complainant to withdraw their complaint with the Office of Disciplinary Counsel will only potentially increase the problems the lawyer is facing.
