Philadelphia attorney L. Stephen Bowers joined Saxton & Stump's employee benefits and executive compensation team, bringing experience advising employers on benefits law, including matters pertaining to the Employee Retirement Income Security Act of 1974.
The team now includes three attorneys led by Sarah K. Ivy, who partners with clients to design, structure and implement retirement, welfare and deferred compensation plans that comply with federal and state tax and employment laws.
