Counsel at Blank Rome on Tuesday removed personal injury lawsuits against Roosevelt Inn, Wyndham Hotels & Resorts, Alpha-Centurion Security, Ritz Hotel Group, Ashoka Investments & Management Services, Ramara Inc. and other defendants to Pennsylvania Eastern District Court. The complaints, which pertain to alleged sex trafficking activity, were filed by Kline & Specter on behalf of unidentified plaintiffs. Wyndham is represented by DLA Piper. Ritz is represented by Bennett, Bricklin & Saltzburg. Alpha-Centurion is represented by Stradley Ronon Stevens & Young. Ashoka Investments & Management Services is represented by Margolis Edelstein. Ramara is represented by Thomas Thomas & Hafer. The cases are 2:21-cv-03218, R. v. Roosevelt Inn, LLC et al., and 2:21-cv-03222, A. v. Roosevelt Inn, LLC et al.
