Ransom advises commercial, industrial, residential and mixed-use developers in the acquisition, development, financing, leasing and sale of real property.
He represents landowners and real estate developers in obtaining local and state development permits and approvals for both commercial, industrial and residential projects, such as site plan and subdivision approvals, environmental permitting and overseeing environmental cleanups.
