Montgomery, McCracken, Walker & Rhoads filed a lawsuit Monday in Pennsylvania Eastern District Court against Allstate and A&J Builders. The complaint, for personal injury claims arising from a motor vehicle collision, was filed on behalf of Michael Nedelton and Juyoung Park. Counsel have not yet appeared for the defendants. The case is 2:21-cv-03305, Nedelton et al v. Allstate Corporation et al.
