DuPont, gunmaker Remington Outdoor Co. and other defendants were sued Thursday in Pennsylvania Middle District Court. The suit was filed by Ramler Law Office and Schmidt Kramer P.C. on behalf of Jessica Olinick and David Farence. DuPont is represented by Post & Schell. The case is 1:21-cv-01326, Farence v.
