Fox Rothschild filed a copyright infringement lawsuit Friday in Pennsylvania Eastern District Court on behalf of Art Akiane, the intellectual property holding company of visual artist Akiane Kramarik. The complaint brings claims against St. Jude Shop for allegedly selling unauthorized versions of Kramarik's works. Counsel have not yet appeared for the defendant. The case is 2:21-cv-03523, Art Akiane LLC v. St. Jude Shop, Inc.
