Philadelphia-based Am Law 100 firm Ballard Spahr will require vaccines of employees upon their return to the office in October, firm chair Mark Stewart said in an interview Monday.

Stewart said firm leaders will “strongly encourage” employees to come into the office two to three days per week starting Oct. 4. But to enter the office, employees will be required to get the COVID-19 vaccine, a policy that will apply to outside visitors as well, including clients and vendors, Stewart said.
