Johnson & Johnson, which has faced billions in liability over it talc products, has lost its third attempt to remove to federal court what is expected to be the first trial in Philadelphia over claims linking the company’s talc to cancer.

The case, captioned Kleiner v. Rite Aid, was given a new trial date early Monday morning, and is now set to begin jury selection Thursday, with trial scheduled to start Aug. 16.
