Those are the words firm leaders in Pennsylvania are using when it comes to forecasting revenues for the second half of 2021, despite the fact that it is shaping up to be yet another unpredictable year.

According to several firm leaders, despite a harrowing outlook toward the beginning of the pandemic in 2020, last year proved much better than the initial predictions, with many firms trending upward. That trend, firm leaders said, has continued to gather steam throughout the first half of 2021, with pent-up demand for both transactional and litigation work fueling a growth in activity and a positive outlook for the rest of the year.
