Paul J. Sopher of Littler Mendelson has entered an appearance for HRB Resources LLC, the owner of several H&R Block tax preparation services, in a pending lawsuit over alleged employment discrimination. The complaint was filed June 28 in Pennsylvania Middle District Court by Mansour Law on behalf of Lisa Kayton, who is alleging gender and race discrimination. The case, assigned to U.S. District Judge Joseph F. Saporito Jr., is 3:21-cv-01150, Kayton v. HRB Resources LLC.
