Giletto will be headquartered in the firm's Cherry Hill, New Jersey, office, primarily focusing her practice on representing and advising companies through all aspects of the business life cycle.
Prior to joining the firm, Giletto was a shareholder at Parker McCay, where she served as chair of their corporate department.
