Technology Media and TelecomCarlson Lynch filed a website accessibility lawsuit Thursday in Pennsylvania Western District Court on behalf of Ronald C. Kolesar. The complaint, targeting Ziggis Coffee, contends that the defendant's website denies full access to blind and visually impaired individuals. Counsel have not yet appeared for the defendant.
